Salmon

Season one piece of chopped salmon fillet with salt, garlic, olive oil and lemon. Spread olive oi on a tray. Place the salmon on it. Cover the salmon with Vinaigrette and bake it. 

Vinaigrette:

  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 chopped yellow pepper
  • 1 chopped orange bell pepper
  • Chopped green seasoning to your liking
  • Capers

Mix everything in a bowl and season with olive oil and lemon (do not put salt in the vinaigrette because the salt makes the vegetables lose water)
